Terms of Service

This website is operated by NatProxies (“NatProxies”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, do not use the service.

We may update the Agreement from time to time. The version live on this page at the time of your interaction is the version that binds you, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

You may not use the service if you appear on any applicable sanctions list, if you are located in an embargoed territory, or if you are otherwise prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential — email, password, two-factor codes, and the proxy authentication details issued to you — and for all activity under your account.

• provide accurate information at registration and keep it current;
• choose a strong password and enable two-factor authentication, which we offer free;
• tell us promptly about any unauthorised access or suspected compromise;
• do not sell, transfer, or share account access with a third party.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we detect fraud, abuse, or breach of this Agreement.

NatProxies sells dedicated ISP proxies billed per IP, and rotating residential and mobile bandwidth billed per gigabyte. Products are delivered electronically to your dashboard, normally within seconds of payment confirming on-chain.

We do not warrant that our products will work on any particular third-party website, especially where that site runs bot protection, proxy detection, or CAPTCHA challenges. We do not refund or replace on the basis of a third party detecting or blocking a proxy.

We aim to display products, specifications and prices accurately, but they may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or refuse quantities, including after an order is submitted.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your purchase.

We accept cryptocurrency only. We do not accept, process, or store card details. At checkout you are quoted an amount in your chosen coin at a rate locked for the payment window shown on the invoice. Pay within that window and you pay the quoted amount.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, or sending to an address on the wrong network, causes a permanent loss that we cannot recover. Check the network before you send.

Wallet balance may be topped up in advance and spent on later orders. Balance is credit toward our products; it is not a deposit, earns no interest, and is not redeemable for cash.

Because proxy access is provisioned immediately and consumed as it is used, orders are final once delivered.

We will make it right in these cases:

• an order that failed to provision — we either complete it or credit you in full;
• a plan that is materially non-functional and cannot be fixed, if you contact support within 24 hours of purchase;
• an overpayment, which is credited to your wallet balance.

Credits are issued to your wallet balance rather than returned on-chain. We receive cryptocurrency to addresses we do not hold spending keys for, so we are not able to send funds back to a customer wallet.

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Breaching it breaches this Agreement and is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, product names, software, and design — is the property of NatProxies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission, nor reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of any software we provide, nor use our name or marks without consent.

The service may link to or integrate with tools operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their performance or content. Use them at your own risk, and review their terms before providing information.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular result will be obtained from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, revenue, or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatProxies and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any law, your infringement of a third party’s rights, or any activity conducted through your account.

This Agreement stays in effect while you use the service. You may end it at any time by closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we determine you have breached this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect the service, other customers, or third parties. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Provisions that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an update to this page, and may modify or discontinue the service without notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

If any provision is held invalid, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder shall stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and NatProxies and supersedes any prior communications or proposals.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring a claim on a class or representative basis.
