Buying

How quickly do I get my proxies?

As soon as your payment reaches the required number of confirmations, the order provisions itself and the proxies appear in your dashboard. For most coins that is under a minute; Bitcoin takes as long as the network takes.

What is the difference between ISP, residential and mobile?

ISP proxies are dedicated IPs you rent per address with unlimited bandwidth — best for sustained, high-volume work. Rotating residential draws from a large pool and is billed per gigabyte. Mobile uses real 4G/5G carrier addresses, the hardest class to fingerprint, also billed per gigabyte.

Why is ISP priced per IP but residential per GB?

Because that is how they are actually consumed. An ISP proxy is a line you rent, so bandwidth on it is unlimited and the price depends on how many lines and for how long. Residential and mobile draw from a shared pool where the meaningful unit is data.

Is there a minimum order?

One gigabyte for residential and mobile, one IP for ISP. There is no subscription and no minimum commitment.

Payments

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, and USDT/USDC on their supported networks. The exact list is whatever is switched on at checkout.

Two people paid the same amount at the same time — how do you tell us apart?

For Bitcoin and Litecoin, every order is given its own freshly derived receiving address, so identical amounts arriving at the same second are still unambiguous. On Ethereum, Solana and Tron, where a unique address per order would cost gas to sweep, you submit your transaction hash instead — and each hash can only ever be claimed by one payment.

What if the price moves while I am paying?

The exchange rate is locked when you open the invoice and held for the length of the payment window shown on the countdown. Pay within that window and you pay exactly the quoted amount.

What happens if I underpay or overpay?

Neither is lost. A small shortfall inside our tolerance still releases the order. A larger one is flagged and you can simply send the difference. Overpayments are credited to your wallet balance.

What is the wallet balance for?

Prepay once and your later orders complete instantly, with no waiting for confirmations. Refunds are also issued to it.

Using your proxies

Can I get plain IP:port without credentials?

Yes. Switch an ISP batch to IP whitelist authentication, add the addresses that should be allowed to connect, and the list generator will output bare IP:port.

Can I change the authentication method later?

Any time, from the plan page. Note that switching regenerates the credentials for the whole batch, so update your tools afterwards.

How do sticky sessions work?

Pick a duration when you generate a residential or mobile list and each proxy string holds the same exit IP for that long. Leave it on rotating and you get a new IP per request.

Does my bandwidth expire?

No. Residential and mobile gigabytes stay on your account until you use them. ISP proxies do run on a term, and the remaining validity is shown on the plan page.

What happens when I top up an existing plan?

The data is merged into the same plan and your credentials do not change, so nothing in your tooling needs updating.
