The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, order history and technical logs. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We take payment in cryptocurrency directly, so no card processor and no card number is ever involved. We do not log the sites you visit through the proxies.
Overview
This policy explains how NatProxies (“NatProxies”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit the site, create an account, buy a product, or otherwise use the service. By using the service you consent to these practices; if you do not agree, stop using it.
What We Collect
Account data. Your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form. If you enable two-factor authentication we store the shared secret needed to verify your codes.
Order and payment data. What you bought, what you paid, the deposit address issued to you, the transaction identifier, and your wallet balance history.
Service data. The plans provisioned to you and their usage figures, so we can show them in your dashboard and bill correctly.
Technical data. Server logs containing IP address, browser and timestamps, kept for security and fraud prevention.
Communications. Support tickets and emails you send us, used to resolve the issue and improve the service.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not log the destinations you reach through the proxies, and we do not inspect the content of your traffic.
We never see a card number. Payment is on-chain, directly to addresses we control. There is no card processor in the path, so there is no card data to lose.
We do not ask for your name, address, or any government identity document.
How We Use It
- to create and secure your account and verify sign-in;
- to confirm payments on-chain and issue what you bought;
- to provision, meter and maintain the plans you purchased;
- to answer your support requests and send transactional email;
- to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy;
- to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations;
- to enforce our Terms of Service and this policy.
Our Service Providers
Each provider below has its own privacy policy governing the data it receives. This list may change as we add or remove providers.
| Provider | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Network infrastructure provider | Provisioning and metering proxy plans | An anonymous label per plan, and usage figures |
| Public blockchain explorers | Confirming that a payment arrived | A payment address or transaction hash you already published to a public ledger |
| Exchange rate feed | Quoting a price in your chosen coin | Nothing about you — only the coin symbol |
| Email delivery provider | Sending transactional email | Your email address and the message content |
| Hosting provider | Running the site and database | All data, as the operator of our infrastructure |
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not share your data with ad networks.
Data Security
- TLS for every request to the site;
- passwords hashed with bcrypt, never stored or recoverable in plain text;
- optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) on every account;
- changing your password signs out every other device immediately;
- rate limiting on sign-in, registration and password reset;
- proxy credentials shown only to the account that owns them;
- a strict Content-Security-Policy and modern security headers on every page.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that materially affects your personal data, we will notify you promptly by email.
Data Retention
Account, order and payment records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain financial records — typically several years under applicable tax law.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. We will delete your personal data except for records we are legally obliged to keep.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these, email support@natproxies.com from the address on your account.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@natproxies.com and we will delete it.
Policy Updates
We may amend this policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The version live on this page when you use the service is the one that applies, and material changes are reflected in the date at the top.
