What are ISP proxies?
ISP proxies — also called static residential proxies — are dedicated IP addresses registered to consumer internet providers and hosted on datacentre hardware. To a website the address looks like an ordinary subscriber of a household carrier, while you get datacentre speed and uptime.
Each address is yours alone for the whole term and never rotates, so every request leaves from the same IP. That consistency is what sessions, logins and checkouts depend on.
AT&T and T-Mobile ISP proxies
Our ISP proxies are US addresses on AT&T and T-Mobile networks (current plans: AT&T Fresh ISP, T-Mobile Legacy ISP). Prices start at $2.50 per IP for a 30-day term, falling to $1 per IP from 1,000 IPs, with a minimum order of 10 IPs.
Bandwidth is unlimited on every plan, on 100 Gbps ports. You pay for the address, not the traffic.
What ISP proxies are best for
For high-volume scraping across many pages, rotating residential proxies are usually the better fit, because thousands of requests from one address get rate-limited however clean it is.
- Account and session work, where each account should keep one consistent IP
- Retail and sneaker checkouts that break when the address changes mid-session
- Logged-in scraping and dashboards tied to a session
- High, steady bandwidth, where per-GB billing would be expensive
- Services that only accept connections from allowlisted IPs
Protocols and authentication
- SOCKS5 over TCP and UDP, and HTTP/HTTPS
- Username and password, IP whitelist (plain IP:port), or SOCKS5 credentials
- Switch authentication for a whole batch from the dashboard at any time
- Delivered automatically, usually within a minute of payment confirming
Quick setup
Replace the placeholders with the details from your dashboard, then confirm the exit IP:
curl -x http://USER:PASS@HOST:PORT https://api.ipify.org # SOCKS5, resolving DNS through the proxy curl -x socks5h://USER:PASS@HOST:PORT https://api.ipify.org
Frequently asked questions
Are ISP proxies the same as static residential proxies?
Yes. Both names describe dedicated, non-rotating IPs registered to a consumer internet provider and hosted in a datacentre.
Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes. ISP proxies are billed per IP for a 30-day term, and traffic through them is not metered.
What is the minimum order for ISP proxies?
10 IPs for a 30-day term, starting at $2.50 per IP, falling to $1 per IP from 1,000 IPs.
Do the IPs ever change?
No. Each address stays assigned to you for the full term and does not rotate.
Can I use them without a username and password?
Yes. Switch the batch to IP whitelist authentication, add the addresses allowed to connect, and the list generator outputs plain IP:port.
